Shipping Info: Once orders are placed, they take up to 21 business days to ship. Once shipped, customers should expect to receive orders at a minimum of two weeks.

No vinyl returns accepted unless:

Special conditions *may* apply to vinyl if item is defective when played, and to t-shirts if there is visible damage, whereby customer will be required to provide proof within 2 days of product arrival. The merchant will then decide if further action is to be taken.

Most vinyl (unless they are bulk orders) are packaged in the indestructible Whiplash mailers. They are inspected before packaging, as well as packaged with great care. Therefore, the merchant is not responsible for what happens once the item ships and gets into the hands of the postal service/workers. Insurance is included.
